This temple built during the reign of Yadav ruler Ramachandradev in the 12th century is located at Velapur, 32 kms from Pandharpur in Maharashtra. The presiding deity is Ardhanari Nateshewar, a divine form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi embracing each other. The idol is made of a single rock.
