About the Temple
The Jaipur Temple, Vrindavan, is among the most opulent temples located in the heart of the city. It was erected by the Maharaja of Jaipur called Sawai Madhav, in the year 1917. Thirty years were required to construct the temple. With amazing craftsmanship mind boggling sandstone has been cut. From a particular shake structure, the whole temple has been developed. There are tremendous columns with marble wrapping up. The mind boggling work, rich design expertise and the general style of the place is indefinable. There is a tremendous holy place in this temple. It is stated that the Maharaja paid for the Rail Lines that connects Vrindavan and Mathura. The deities worshipped here are Sri Radha-Madhava, Ananda-bihari and Hansa-gopala.

The main festivals celebrated here are Janmansthmi, Sharad purnima and Holi. There are other festivals as well which are celebrated here with full devotion and same spirit.
