The Huligemma temple is a 13th century temple devoted to Goddess Huligemma. There is an inscription in this temple that dates back to the 11th century which says that this place was gifted to Chaturvedi Bhatta by Vikramaditya VI, a Chalukya king. In front of the temple, there is a 25 feet high Dhwaja Sthamba, where an annual fair is organised.
