Sri Ranganatha Swamy Mandir, situated at Gachibowli in Hyderabad, is a South Indian temple that enshrines an idol of Lord Vishnu. Over a span of fifty years, the temple is still the centre of sacredness and religiosity for the devotees. Enchanted with the holy mantra, it is believed that Sri Ranganatha Swamy Mandir brings in prosperity and health in the lives of the followers. One can visit the temple from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the morning hours while 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the evening hours wherein devotees can pay their homages to Lord Vishnu. One of the best times to visit the temple is during the festival of Brahma mahotsavam wherein one can see the amalgamation of socio-religious groups comprising of cultural and religious dances, music and bhakti songs with the grandiose pooja and aarti.
