Overview
The deity of Goddess Kali is worshipped at the holy Chammanad Bhadrakali Temple which is located at Kodanthuruth in Alappuzha, Kerala. The deity of Goddess Bhadrakali is also known as Shilakannadi and it faces the Eastern direction. Three prayers are conducted every day which is followed by Puliyannur Thanthric rites.
