Overview
The Raveeswarapuram Temple is a Shiva shrine situated at the Kodungalloor town in the Thrisssur district of Kerala, India.
About the Temple
The chief deity of Raveeswarapura Temple is Lord Shiva who graces here facing the direction east. Many are not aware of the fact that this temple is one among the 108 Siva Temples of Pracheena Keralam. The temple is believed to be ancient yet looks very simple. It houses a pond with an abandoned Siva Linga. There are no details on the origin of the Shiva Linga here. A huge Naga tree is found in the temple complex.
