The Airwan Temple is dedicated to God Shiva, situated in the village of Airwan, 15 km from the town of Kathua in the district Jammu and Kashmir, India. The temple dates back to the 4th century and is said to have been constructed by the famed King of Ujjain, Vikramadithya. The temple is considered as religious as Hardiwar. A small stream called the GuptGanga flows within the temple and is considered sacred by the many pilgrims who come there to dissolve the ashes of their family and loved ones.
