The Annapurna Temple, located At Chittorgarh Fort In Chittorgarh District, Rajasthan is dedicated to Goddess Mahalakshmi. The temple is located 182 Km From Ajmer, 158 Km From Bundi And 112 Km From Udaipur and is accessible by road and rail.
The temple is one of the many, within the compound of the Chittorgarh Fort, located on it's western side. The temple is said to date back to the early 1300's, built by Maharana Hamir Singh Ist. The temple is dedicated to the memory of Annapurna (Barvadi), A Female Saint Considered to be the Incarnation Of the Chittor Mother Goddess, Amba Mata.
