Overview
The Apeswar Mahadev Temple, located in Mandoli village, Jalore, Rajasthan is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple rests at about 35 kilometres from the Jalore District and is well accessible by regular bus and transport services.
About The Temple
This 19th century, east-facing temple is striking with its great structure and colourful parapet. A Nandi Bull statue graces the front of the shrine and the temple is supported by two beautiful pillars in the doorway. The door-frame is adorned by an ornate creeper-like decoration with a white marble Lingam at the centre of the shrine.
