Overview
Athra Bujha Devi Temple is a highly revered temple situated at Sarthal, in Doda Dist., Jammu and Kashmir. This is a cave temple located about 18 km from Kishtwar. According to legend, Goddess Athra Bhuja came down from Hari Parbat (Kashmir) and rested here.
Festivals
Thousands of devotees come to the temple during the fire-dance or walking-on-fire held in July and August which is a major celebration of the temple.
