Tamilians living in Modhibag Railway colony in Nagpur installed a Vel, the weapon of Lord Muruga and built a small temple. The temple was built at a place called Seminary hills. The idols of Lord Muruga, Valli and Deivanai were brought from Tamilnadu and installed in the temple. The people of the place wanted to build a temple for Lord Balaji and as requested by them, it was decided to have Lord Balaji in the ground floor and Lord Muruga on the first floor. Some engineers offered free service in drawing out the plan for the temple. The temple was built according to Sastras with Vimanas and other deities installed as per Agama rules. The consecration was performed in the year 1975. A Rajagopuram (Main tower) was built in the year 2005. Lord Balaji and Lord Muruga grace from an Ekadala Vimana (single petal vimana) in a 3 tier arrangement in the temple. The temple is built in a 3 tier pattern. The Maha Mandap is 60 feet long. The other deities in the temple are Ganapathy, Navagrahas, Sreema Durgambika, Sarparaja, Sheetala Matha, Mahashiva, Jaiveer Hanuman and Maha Sastha.

Meaning -According to this sloka, the heavenly maya of God is very complicated, but those who worship God will be able to overcome it.
