Overview
Jageshwar Asthan is an old Shiva sanctuary going back to the Mughal period and is situated close Bibhutipur Village, around 15 km far from Narhan Railway Station. There is likewise a brilliant old Building of Narhan Estate, which has been exceptionally noticeable here since the Mughal period. It is said that Jageshwari Devi, who is the girl of Bhaw Mishra, the vaidya of the Narhan Estate, constructed the sanctuary.
