About the Temple:The Kasi Vishwanathar Temple is located about 25 kilometres to the South-West of Namakkal. It is located near the River Cauvery and the cremation ground. From the Southern entrance, and from the Vishalakshi sannathi, we can see the River Cauvery. It is a very old temple. We can see a fish symbol on the compound wall.
