Shri Kundodhari Mahamaya Chamundeshwari temple is one of the ancient temples located in Ankola. It has beautiful idols brought from Goa during the Portuguese invasion. Dedicated to Goddess Kundodari, the temple was renovated in 1979. Main attraction is the golden kalasha installed in 1983.
