Overview
This Shiva temple situated at Nagampdam, near Kottayam. The temple is famous because Sri Narayana guru gave permission for the pilgrimage by Govindan Vaidyar and Kitten Vaidyar sitting near the mango tree in front of the temple. To them, Guru Dev counted on his fingers the goals of the pilgrimage, explaining how to achieve them. This happened in 1103.
