Overview
Parambanthally Maha Shiva Kshethram is a Hindu shrine situated at a village named Mullassery in the Thrissur district of Kerala, India. This temple is primarily dedicated to Lord Shiva and is counted one among the 108 Shiva temples of Kerala.
About the Temple
The Parambanthally Maha Shiva temple is situated on top of a hill-top. Lord Siva graces here as Lord Madathilappan and is facing the direction west. The temple houses a Maha sivalinga which measures about 6ft high. Lord Ganapathy & Subrahmanya are the other deities present in this temple.

Poojas are conducted thrice everyday in this temple.

The Guruvayur Railway Station and the Amalanagar Railway Station are the stations located near Mullassery. Trichur Railway Station is the major railhead and lies around 14 Kms from Mullasery.
Road
A number of buses are available regularly to Mullassery from various places of Kerala. One can board bus from Chavakkad through Kanjany-Enamavu route and get down at this place.
