Located at Kodal in Damoh district, this Shiva temple stands on a platform containing sculptures related with Saivaite. The temple belongs to 1000 A.D. and has Kalchuri art and architecture style.
The temple has a pancha ratha sanctum and there are two rows of figures in the jangha. There are sculptures of Nataraja, Andhakantaka, Ganesa and Vigneswari and the jangha ends with a festoon design.
There are also navagraha sculptures with Uma maheswara and the architrave has saptamatrikas in dancing position with Nataraja at the centre.
