Nignur Shiva Temple is positioned around 8-km away from Karimnagar. The name of the temple is derived from the endurance of 400 temples in history. The Telugu word "Nalgunoorlu" for four hundred was defiled to Nignur. These temples were eminent for some marvellous sculptures alike to that at 'Hanumakonda'. The form of the temple is similar to that of a star. There are numerous people who visit this place and come from a far to visit this temple for blessings.
