Shri Madheswara temple, dedicated to God Shiva is in Annadasampalayam which is located 10 Km from Mettupalayam towards Sathyamangalam. This temple is one of the most oldest temple in this region and it is very difficult to find God Shiva's temple in the region of Annadasampalayam. Annadhanam is served in all the special occasion in addition to all the regular pujas conducted during Pournami, ammavasai and Pradoshams, in this temple. The temple is maintained by the Annadasampalayam trustees.
