Sri Kandaswamy Kovil is a Hindu temple placed along Jalan Scott, Brickfields in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The temple is over an extremely old. Different divinities fixed at Sri Kandaswamy Kovil are, Idampuri Vinayahar, Sri Raajaarajeswari, Navakkirahams (9 planets), Sri Saneeswarar and Sri Vairavar. Sri Sandeswarar and the Samaya Kuravarv (the 4 boss Saivite paragons of piety) are the holy persons to whom worship is offered in the temple. Around the striking characteristics in Sri Kandaswamy Kovil are the colossal resplendent Kodimaran, the Vasantha mandapam and Yagasalai peedam. The temple has a holy lake called Skandapuspakarani. A consecrated Kadambam tree and a hallowed enclosure with the lake, Saravanapoikai, likewise add on to the appeal of the temple exacerbate, two sets of peacocks improve the magnificence and notoriety of the arrangement.
