The Sri Sammakka Sarallamma Temple is located in Mancherial and is a very famous temple in the Telangana Region. It is a Samakka Sarallamma, which is a tribal deity that is revered by the locals that attracts visitors from Maharashtra, Chattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh. The festivities are held on the banks of Godavari. The temple is built every year, which gets washed away in the monsoon season.
