The Swapneswar temple on the bank of the river Brahmani is in an utterly ruined condition. It is a panchayattana temple of which the four corner shrines are in a reasonably well preserved condition. Its scheme of decoration resembles that of the Parasuramaswar temple of Bhubaneswar. It possibly belongs to the last part of the Sailadbava or the earliest part of the Bahuma epoch. The temples of Kualo have been declared as protected monuments by the Govt. of India.
