Overview: The Varadharaja Perumal Temple is devoted to God Vishnu and is situated in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. The Temple is one of the 108 Divya Desam. God Vishnu offers darshan to lovers as Varadharaja Perumal. The Temple alongside the Ekambareswarar Temple and the Kamakshi Amman Temple in Kanchipuram is prominently known as Mumurtivasam (Abode of the Trio). About the Temple: Varadaraja Perumal temple is perceived as Hastigiri and it was initially known as Attiyuran. Attiyuuran is a well known Hindu temple devoted to God Vishnu situated in the blessed city of Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. The name Hastigiri is connected in the relationship of Gajendra moksham and from the story that Indra's elephant Airavatam, as a slope bears the picture of God Vishnu. The name Attiyurar rises up out of the conviction that the first picture of Varadaraja Perumal here was produced using Attimaram.
