Overview
This temple is situated four kilometers away from Ooragam Puthenpeedika bus stop on the Malappuram – Vengara route in Ooragam panchayat of Malappuram district.
About The Temple
There are two 'Sreekovils'. The temple situates on the top of a hill. There is only one 'Pooja' in a year. It’s on 'Thiruvonam' in the malayalam month 'Thulam'. The temple is also known as 'Puramalasserikkavu'.
About The deity
The presiding deities in this temple are Lord Ayyappa and Lord Sankaranarayanan. Old people believe that getting blessings from both the deities on that day is the same as visiting Sabarimala temple
Prasad and offering
The day 'Thiruvonam' in the month of 'Thulam' is the only important day for this temple. On that day thousands of people come there by climbing the hill for worshipping. It’s same as visiting Sabarimala

There are regular buses from other major cities of the country to Malappuram. The closest airport is also located near Kozhikode, at Karipur and it is only 25 km from Malappuram. For those who want to travel by air, this is the best option. The nearest railway station is located at Angadipuram, which is situated around 17 km from the place.
