The Tirukkalleswarar or Sivanandeswarar Temple is located in Madavilagam and is dedicated to God Tirukkalleswarar. The presiding deity of this temple is God Sivanandeshwar and the main Goddess is Anandhavalli Ammai. The temple has a 5 tier Rajagopuram on eastern side. The Nandhi Theertham is opposite the temple entrance. While entering one can see the Kodimaram, Balipeetam and Nandhi mandapam inside. God Sivanandeshwarar is enshrined in Linga form facing east. God Subramaniyar's shrine lies in between the shrines of God Sivanandeshwar and Goddess Anandhavalli Ambal. The three shrines are in Somaskandar shape which is very rare. In the outer prakaram, on the southern side, there are shrines for God Vinayakar and God Kalatheeswarar. On the northern side is a shrine for God Dhakshinamoorthy. In Karuvarai Ghoshtam, there are shrines for God Narthana Vinayakar, God Vishnu, Durgai, Brahma, Navagrahas and Nalvars. God Vinayaka of the temple is praised as Sundara Vinayaka. The Vimana-tower above the sanctum sanctorum is known as Gajabrushta Vimana.
