Sri Varagunapandeeswarar temple has the main deity of Sri Varagunapandeeswarar and is located in Radhapuram. Radhapuram lies on the South-East direction that is from Valliyur in Nanguneri Taluk. The estimated distance is of 68 Kilometers from the nearby District Head Quarters named Tirunelveli. The main shrine of Sri Varagunapandeeswarar is in the East direction and a few yards prior to the sanctuary the shrines of Goddess Sri Nithya Kalyani is established on the right hand side that is on the North facing the South and after the sanctuary of Goddess Sri Nithya Kalyani there are shrines of God Eshwar found in the temple.
